The size of this French silver First Holy Communion medal is 3/4" wide x 1" long. Its elaborate detailing is exceptional as you can see from the photos. The Eucharist Chalice once had a gold vermeil wash that has all but worn away now. It was made during the Art Nouveau period the back has nothing engraved, it’s waiting for you to engrave it. You will also notice the French silver hallmark on the bail. This would be a wonderful gift to commemorate a very special time. Ref. 1212X
