Here is a stunning and very interesting Art Deco style French religious medal. I have only ever seen one like it. It is with clear and strong devotion that this medal has been designed. I believe this worn mid century modern religious medal was once silver plated, most likely over brass - bronze alloy.
One the front; Dieu Te Garde and the inital 'S' on the left and 'M' on the right of the cross
On the reverse; Maria Signo Vince In Hoc surrounding a cross
It measures; 1/2" wide x 1" long. - Ref. rm1216
