This 1” in diameter is a lovely French silver religious medal circa 1900. The front of this lovely French silver religious medal shows Blessed Virgin Mary and baby Jesus in a beautifully raise and detailed depiction. Written around the edge are the word ‘Medaille Du Scapulaire’ the reverse features a lovely depiction of the sacred heart of Jesus along the edge are the words ‘Sacre Coeur de Jesus Ayez Pitie de Nous’ This French Catholic medal is signed on the lower right side.
