French Silver Art Nouveau Holy Communion Medal Gold Chalice
Just to the right of center on this exceptionally detailed antique religious medal is a beautiful gold vermeil chalice and radiant host. You can see the French silver hallmark on the bale. It measures 3/4" wide x 1" long, the back is awaiting to be engraved with your initials or those of your loved one. Made in France during the Art Nouveau period 1890 -1920s. This is a beautiful Christian pendant and would make a very meaningful First Holy Communion gift or a new piece for your antique Catholic medals collection.
