A lovely traditional first communion medal was made circa 1920. It has a lovely balanced feeling to it. This pretty silver-plated antique French first communion medal has the French 900 silver hallmark on the loop and another mark M+B next to it, look at the first photo on the lower left side of the bale. There are pretty sheaths of wheat on the right of the Eucharist and vining grapes on the left. There is room on the back to engrave your initials or those of your loved one. It would make a thoughtful Catholic gift for that very specilal day. This lovely First Holy Communion medal is in excellent condition. Size;1-1/4" long x 5/8" wide not including the bale. It is in excellent condition and comes with a 20" silver chain!
